PSP 2023 30 day trial image resize issue
I tried searching for a previous thread on this and didn't find any, so please forgive me if this question has already been asked. I am trying to enlarge an image that has original dimensions of roughly 1.5 x 1.0 inches, it's a photo from a yearbook. I need them to be larger, roughly 4.0 x 3.5 inches... not a huge difference. I'm attaching an example of what it's doing... it leaves the image the original dimensions and sitting in the upper left corner of a black rectangle with the dimensions I wanted for the resize. What is going on?! Is this because I'm using the 30 day trial version?

Are you using Image>>> Resize (Shift-S) then changing width and height with "by pixels. percentage. print size (set to inches). or based on one size selected
From your example it looks like Image>>>Canvas Resize with the top right corner arrow clicked which would give the result shown.

Re: PSP 2023 30 day trial image resize issue
I have tried it using "by print size" and typing in a width and letting it select the height. I have tried selecting of of the standard sizes from the pull-down list. I have tried using AI, I have tried using all of the other choices too. It keeps doing the same thing. I even opened a chat with tech support and they guy had me deleting temporary files and changing the Corel to Corel. old and reopening PSP while holding down F8. The entire reason I'm even considering purchasing the new version of PSP is because of what I read about this AI assisted resize being able to improve on the image quality... and it simply refuses to function as it should (according to the step-by-step instructions that I have followed to the letter). I guess I go back to my old reliable PSP 9.0 and rethink my project.

Re: PSP 2023 30 day trial image resize issue
Does it happen with other images?
Be sure that 'Resize all layers' is checked.
The behavior could be related to the driver of the graphic card. Sometimes, the latest driver solves the issue but sometimes, you have to "downgrade" the graphic card driver.
