I am using VideoStudio X2 (aka VideoStudio 12?). Yes, I know, there are several newer versions out there, but this version has done everything I need for many years and would like to keep using it if possible.
I recently upgraded to Windows 10. All programs had to be re-installed. VideoStudio 12 seemed to re-install just fine, though the user interfaces now look a little different.
I have since discovered that the Live Screen Capture option is not available. See attached screen shot for the message I receive.
The only software or hardware change I made was going from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I only made this change because Google Chrome (my preferred web browser) no longer would perform updates on Windows 7.
I have searched for a possible solution to no avail, so am hoping someone here can help. I have also tried contacting Corel Support and am awaiting a reply. And I have tried un-installing and re-installing Corel VS 12.
Thanks in advance if you know how to fix (besides buying the latest version)

Re: Live Screen Capture not available after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10
welcome to the forums.
I do not have X 2 installed to compare images, nearest i have is X10
Live screen capture should be available from the desktops Start menu, do you see it there.
The image you show seems to show the panel after selecting Capture Video, close that panel, Live Screen Capture should be on the previous panel.
There should also be a shortcut on your desktop.
