Video Studio 2023 Ultimate new user issue
Having just purchased this software and using a PC with Windows 11, I was following a tutorial which was showing how to white balance automatically but when I click the "Auto" it seems to have a think and then closes the the app completely. Any pointers? TIA Andy

I have just tried using Color tab - White Balance with no problems
I did use the Sample_lake video from the media library, can you try that
I also tried MTS and DV-Avi with no crashes
What type of video files were you using? Are you able to provide a sample
