Speech language package not available

Hello,

I was using the add-subtitles function for the first time today on Videostudio Ultimate 2022. I clicked on "speech-to-text" to select the language used (Italian) but, to my surprise, it wasn't available. Actually, the name of the language appeared in the drop down menu but was not clickable nor downloadable. The only extra languages downloadable (in addition to English, which was already installed) were German, Dutch and French. I downloaded these ones and they now appear in the drop-down menu. However, how can I get my hands on Italian? Is there a link where I can download it?

Any help will be much appreciated.

I think you need top download the free Italian language pack from the Welcome Book/Store

Hello and thank you for your answer. The problem is that when I go to the store, there are no languages available. Now, I've downloaded German, French and Dutch properly, but there's no Italian available there for me to download. Any idea where can I find the package for this language?

Once we have installed any packs from the store the item is moved to the "My Library" section
Do you see the Italian pack there. We can if we wish install again
