Having trouble with capture

I'm using Movie Factory 3.5 SE. Im trying to capture video from a DVD R. The window comes up to select the clips to capture, I select the clip and click finish. The process seems to start but part way in I get an error and it says capture failed and that the capture driver isnt installed correctly. The first time this happend I uninstalled and reinstalled the software but the problem still persists. Just wondering if anyone could help a newbie to Ulead products. Thank you in adavance.
