VS Ultimate crashing on startup

I have been pulling my hair out recently with this and other issues. Installing overlays for instance, which seem to randomly save all over the place - but that isn't the purpose of my post. I have been onto the support tech about this really irritating situation, gone through every single step, uninstalled/cleaned/reinstalled and crash bang wallop, unsolved.

I am desperately trying to complete a particularly important project and the stress and anxiety this is causing is astronomical! (sorry very stressed)

So, VS opens and then within 5 seconds, crash. Anyone offer anything to help? Please, heavens only knows how long it will take my priority case to be dealt with (if the overlays issue is anything to go by... 2/3 weeks!). The vsp files are safely stored all my overlays and add-ons safely anchored elsewhere. I hope someone can assist.

Sorry you are having these issues, first can you tell us which version are you using.
Installing overlays, if you are having problems you should start a new post where we can help.

Video Studio failing to launch does affect some user, fortunately I don’t seem to have problems.
Do you receive any error messages?

Some problems seem to be associated with New Blue filters, fixed by re-installing VS without New Blue.
Things to try…..

1/ rename the reset folder, for VS2023 that is folder 26.0, so again what version are you working with.
Reset folder found here:-
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)\26.0
Now running the program will create a new 26.0 folder, If the program starts, does take a while on first launch.
If you still have problems.

2 / Uninstall New Blue from this folder:-
C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX\uninstallers
Will the program start?

3/ un-install the program, using Program and Features, then run the cleanup tool

Install the program without I stalling the Bonus Feature’s
Does the program run?
When opening your vsp I would suggest first creating a copy.
Finally running the installer again to I stall the Bonus features

Happy New Year, sadly nothing is working. I don't know what the hell happened, but my anxiety and stress are through the roof. The video I am trying to finish is a memorial to my 10-year-old great niece and mental health conditions & crashes just don't mix. Added to the fact that Alludo, corel whoever, seem to have zero urgency in helping. 20 years I've been using these products and nothing has brought me so low. (TMI) sorry.
