Someone has installed psp in one language, but will now use a second language in it.
I always install english and dutch together.
But is it possible to add for instance dutch as 2nd language after you have installed it in only english ???

The language selection is part of the installation process.
You need to uninstall and start again with the setup file (not the trial).
