Welcome to the forum! However, I think you are going to have to tell us a lot more about what you want. What exactly is your art work? Is it going to include all those images in your screenshot or just one? How big is it? And how big is your image going to be on that art work? Can we assume it is going to be in color or is it going to be black and white or sepia? Is it going to have edges which fade into or out of the art work? Or is it going to have a distinct border?

Click inside an image.
Do Edit/Copy.
Click inside the destination image.
Do Edit/Paste a new layer.
Use the Pick tool to resize the layered image (drag the corners).

To make a Birthday Card for your Dad, or anything that you want to create from several items or images into one, here that is the Birthday Card, each item, a message, piece of Text, or some "shape", are referred to as Layers. If you save your image in JPG format, you will lose the layers. Save your work in pspimage format and the layers will be preserved.
