Ulead webcam driver

Hi, I am after a driver that I got with a Usb webcam that was bundled with photo expressetc. ufortunately the disk I had has gone walkies so I can't use the webcam I've got. :(

Is this a "driver" similar to ISpy or webcam32 which makes it possible for you to support a webcam from a USB cam, regardless of its manufacturer etc.?
