Smart Package settings?

Hi,
I used Smart package a while back but have never understood what 2 off the option mean in the manual. I'm sure some VS board user will know.

The manual says:
To save projects by using Smart Package
1 Click File > Smart Package and choose to pack your project as a folder or Zip file.
2 Specify the Folder path, Project folder name and Project file name.
If you want to include tracker or disc settings, enable the corresponding check box.
3 Click OK.

What does - tracker or disc settings refer to?

Enabling tracker, just means that unused tracks are also included in the Smart Package
Enabling Disc Settings just means that if you have created a DVD Menu all your DVD settings will be saved

Thanks Robert, a pity it doesn't say that in any of the VS manuals, or maybe it's just me showing my age and not thinking of that.
Hope you haven't been caught up in any of the floods over there Robert.
