Did that message just pop up in VS 2023 which you had already been using successfully? Or did it appear as you were reinstalling VS or installing it on another computer? I ask because I recently had the same message when reinstalling VS. I tried contacting Corel/Alludo, and was surprised when I received a reply from them. However, I was told that I had already used that SN too many times. Moreover, they cancelled the installation I had made with the same SN on another computer. I never resolved that situation. However, it did allow my reinstallation to proceed.

Can we assume that you had attempted to tick the little box at the top next to "I already have an account" but the following four windows did not change to just two windows for email and password?

It opened when opening the program which worked many times before. So, how do I get the program to function.
Happy New Year Ken.

I notice that the email address inserted in the message (I assume by you) spells 'yahoo' incorrectly as 'yahool'. If you tick the box "I already have an account" and spell the email address correctly, does it make a difference. While you should have received the message in the first place, the fact that the server is seeing, for it, a new email address (as it would regard an incorrectly spelt address), it would advise that the SN was already assigned to another email address i.e. the correctly spelt version...

I put in the email address correctly and still no soap. Looks like my VS days are over. It does it for my VS program VS 2022, but not VS 2021nd VS 2020. Alludo better wake up. Just received and answered a request to change my password to no avail.

Just checking: but is the email you entered in that screenshot the email that controls your entry to corel.com? That can be different from the email address you use to register on our forums. And the password can obviously also be different. I have three different yahoo addresses for you, and corel.com might be looking for one of the other addresses and not the one showing in your screenshot. I will send you an email with the other addresses since we normally discourage writing out email addresses here.
