I produce a video of my church's worship service each week. I've created a rolling credit title that I insert at the front of the video. My problem is that the title gets to the end of the text and then it runs the information again. It scrolls what I entered twice. I've redone the title a couple of times and though I put in the data once the program always runs it twice within one entry that is always doubling my information.
I'm running VS23 on a PC running WIN11 Pro. I've got 64gb of ram, an AMD 6950x Graphics Adapter, and a 7800X3D AMD processor.
Would really appreciate an answer for this w to get it to not play the scrolling info twice.
If the forum allowed video files I would attach a copy but since it doesn't, you'll have to imagine what I'm explaining.

Re: VS2023 Title problem
Hi KYWes1955
And welcome to the forums
This is a known issue and has been reported to Corel Support awaiting a fix
The good news is there is a work-round by using the Customise Motion options.
First you would have to remove any existing animations,
Reduce the font size till all text shows on screen, yes it will be very small.
Right click the clip on the time lines for Motion - Customise Motion
You can now resize to increase the text size, animate to fly from bottom to top.
If you provide a VSP containing your text we can also try for you.
Rename your VSP to use .txt as its extention (example ... my title.vsp.txt)
You can attach the txt file to your post, otherwise just zip the vsp.

Ok, good to know I'm not the Lone Ranger. I'll try your workaround.

Re: VS2023 Title problem
I tried your work around but couldn't get it to work. I was able to use my copy of VS21 installed on a different computer to create the scrolling title I want and then produce it as a video. I imported it into my VS23 videos and it is operating correctly. I wonder if it's possible to save it/import it into the My Favorites/Title folder.

Re: VS2023 Title problem
If you have opened a project containing the text clips, simply drag the text clip to the "T" Favourites library, that will create a copy.KYWes1955 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2023 7:19 pm I tried your work around but couldn't get it to work. I have attached a test vsp created using 2023 to show the settings using Customise Motion.
Resize to 200
First Keyframe to -240 ( minus 240)
Last Keyframe set to 240
