Hey everyone,
I know I am missing something simple but I'm stumped for sure. I have just purchased Paintshop Pro 2023 Ultimate and am trying to open RAW files in Aftershot Lab. So far all I've gotten is a blank screen and it's apparent I need to download and install the profiles for my different cameras. The only catch is that I cannot find the "Get More" tab within Aftershot Lab 2023 where the links to these profiles are said to be. I can find the toolbar where the tab is supposed to be and I find the other tabs that are said to be there. The Detail, Metadata, and Standard tabs are all there. But there seems to be no "Get More" tab. Can anyone tell me how to navigate to this mysterious "Get More" tab? Corel's customer service did send me a link to some camera profiles but none of mine are on the list and the software is said to support all 4 of my cameras. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forum~
I have moved your post to the PaintShop Pro forum since it relates to the Aftershot plugin in PSP. You are more likely to receive posts there compared to where you originally posted. I don't use Aftershot or its PSP plugin, so I am unable to offer any advice on your specific request, though hopefully you will soon receive answers here.

Re: The 'Get More' tab in Aftershot Lab 2023
Normally PSP should not allow you to choose AfterShot Lab if it doesn't think your camera's RAW file is supported. It'll usually just grey out that option leaving you with the normal CameraRaw Lab or No pre-processing. So it may or may not be showing a blank screen upon opening AfterShot because it needs a profile. Sadly this isn't directly supported, but you might be able to work around it.
The AfterShot Lab version of Aftershot is a trimmed down version specifically for this purpose of running and returning the results to PSP. It doesn't directly allow the auto-downloading and installing of plugins or profiles. I've tried installing plugins manually, but they didn't take. I haven't tried profiles as they supported my camera already. If you have a normal copy of AfterShot Standard/Pro and have downloaded and installed a profile for your camera in there, you may or may not be able to move the profile over to a similar location in the AfterShot Lab.
The custom aftershot program is installed here: "C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2023 (64-bit)\AfterShot".
The camera profiles are here "C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2023 (64-bit)\AfterShot\supportfiles\cameras"
See if you can just copy the profile for your camera over to that location.
