I have been a VS user for 8 years having purchased numerous versions over that time. I recently had a hardware issue which required a pc replacement.
I was not able to recover my 2020 version, and have now downloaded a trial 2023 version.
I cannot get this version (on my new computer) to render successfully. Typically will reach 70-80% then crash. Project consists of jpegs and an audio track, mp4 format.
Two questions:
Is this a known issue with 2023?
Is it possible to re-download a copy of 2020. I have all products registered with Corel.

You can still download VS2020, but I think you will need the VideoStudio2020.install.exe file.
If you have not backed up your previous VS versions, that could be an issue, maybe Ken or Lata, Site Admin. can assist

To the right of the page – Troubleshooting – there is a download link – choose your program to download the installer file.
