My Vertical Toolbar is Undocked

Hi All,
I recently had to re-install my Psp & for some reason my vertical toolbar ( Pan Tool, Move Tool etc.) has become undocked...

When I click on the top to dock, it changes & becomes a horizontal toolbar rather than staying as a vertical toolbar....when its vertical, its undocked...

Hopefully I'm missing something obvious....any ideas?....

Maybe try clicking it again to undock.
Then click on the tiny movement bar and drag to side of PSP.
If it docks then try sliding up a little to see if it stays docked vertically???

Thanks so much for your suggestions....I think I have it fixed now...

I dragged it down to resume the vertical position, but I wasn't positioning the bar far enough to the left....I had only been taking to my screen edge, but it docked as soon as I went beyond my screen edge, then it jumped into place....

I have to save this workspace right now!!.... ....
