Next bug: PSP 2020 does NOT remember scroll position

To reproduce the bug perform the following steps:

1.) Create a new image with a big height (e.g. 30000 pixels) or open an existing long image with similar height
2.) maximize image inside PSP 2020 (not psp itself)
3.) Zoom to around 25%
4.) Scroll down to the bottom of the image
5.) Drag another image from File Explorer onto PSP. It opens
6.) Goto menu "window" and active previous (long) image

...as you can see the scroll position moved automatically without user action from bottom to the mid.
