DVD drive not detected

Have just installed CD & DVD PictureShow 4 (full version - download) and after creating slideshow and clicking on burn tab only my CD burner is listed in drive selector drop down. How do I get the program to detect my DVD burner?
Strangely Ulead Disc Image Recorder can see both drives ?

Have you tried reinstalling your software? ^_^

Does your CD writer come before the DVD Writer? You may want to reconfigure it so the DVD writer comes first. Besides, if you have a DVD writer, there's really no reason to also have a CD writer, since the DVD writer will burn both.
