How to get a refund?

Sounds simple enough.
I had a very old version of VideoStudio. Decided to get the new version in the sale on 4th December, as I need to do some video edits again. Why not use the same thing as the interface would be familiar. Unfortunately I have not had a very successful time with it.

So I tried to fill in the online refund form that tells me my refund needs to be processed manually.
I've filled that contact email form in 3 times now. I've not had a single reply or acknowledgement back.
I tried the UK Support phone number that went through to another company.
There is no direct email address I can use.
It should not be this difficult to return a product for a refund. I'm not using the application. It has performed poorly.
How do I get a refund? Appreciate a direct message if there's anyone here that can give me some information.
