Resizing image to cm - incorrect size.

I'm using psp2023

I have created an a4 image and this is perfect size.

The I have another image and then resized it to 14.500 cm x 14.500 cm

Pasting it on the original a4 image I can clearly see it is not 14.5cm and is way to small.



I have worked out by creating a new image that is 14.500cm x 14.500cm that it is 1713 x 1713 pixels

Resizing the original image to 1713 pixels and pasting it on the a4 image works perfectly.


I noticed in preferences you can adjust the default resolution (pixel/cm)
So I created a 1cm x 1cm new image to find the pixel size and seen that this is set correctly.


Is there something I am missing? or is resizing to cm a bug?

All images must have the same resolution (300 dpi for example).

I now see the resolution Cm/Pixel setting in image resize
