How to export (and import) customized toolbar and tools parms?

How to export (and import) customized toolbar and tools parms?

Assume I customized my PSP 2020 toolbar.
and adjusted the parameters of lots of tools.

How can I export all these preferences into a file (and import them later if necessary (after system crash and re-installation)?

Look in menu File > Workspace
