MultiCam Capture 2.0, can not open the program stay on for few seconds

MultiCam Capture 2.0, can not open the program stay on for few second, I have videostudio ultimate 2023 and want to use the MultiCam Capture 2.0 just got it few days ago . try the MultiCam Capture 2.0 Lite and did the same thing only stay open for few seconds and then crash , thinking the upgrade it will fix the problem i got the MultiCam Capture 2.0. and no matter what way i open from the videostudio or from windows start .. the program no stay on for more that few seconds .. i have a laptop Dell G7 15 7500 , i contact corel support but the give me a ticket "The Ticket ID created to track your request is [Corel #4468434]." i saw some one here had the same problem but they have the lite version . so i don't know if is the same? thank you in advance.

hi . finaly i found how to fix the problem .
1 :locate the program C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\MultiCam Capture 2.0

2:right click on it . and click "properties"

3:click on TAB "compatibility" and click on "change high DPI settings" and check the two white boxes . and now i can use MultiCam Capture 2.0 im using Windows 10
