Video Studio Ultimate 2023 Cannot Install

I keep getting a error trying to install .. I have contacted support with out any success so am hoping that there might be some other suggestions.

The process has also unstalled my 2022 version so I cannot work on any of my projects. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
