I just purchased professional theme pack - made several attempts at
downloading without success. Everything runs smoothly until the
very end - with the final "finish" click - a greenish screen appears for
about 2 seconds and then disappears. Can't find theme pack file
anywhere. I can only locate the moviewizard for professional
theme pack on my desktop. How can I get this theme pack into
my videostudio9? Where did the files go? Any help would be appreciated.

Unless Ulead is using a proprietary download manager (not likely) you should have the option of saving your files to a specific location or autorun upon completion of download. In most cases, autorun is not the best choice. Instead, specify SAVE and select "desktop" as your target for the download. After the download is complete, run the installer manually by double-clicking the setup icon on your desktop. From that point, the installation process should procede on it's own.
If you feel the problem might be related to IE6, try downloading your file with a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Opera. I've often had better luck downloading from Ulead with Firefox.
