Ulead Copy.Now & DVD MovieFact has encountered a problem

Copied file to hard drive after converting to DVD-Video format. As soon as I open up the Ulead Copy Now program it comes up with this message before I even click on anything:

"Ulead Copy.Now has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

And the error signature is:

AppName: discdup.exe AppVer: 4.0.0.1 ModName: msvfw32.dll

ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00001a25

When I use Edit/Add Media to create the menus for my disc when I try to burn I get the message:

"Ulead DVD MovieFactory has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

AppName: dvdmf.exe AppVer: 4.0.0.0 ModName: umfburncontent.dll

ModVer: 4.0.1.0 Offset: 00012a38

Any idea why I'm getting these messages and what I can do to fix them?

When I first installed the software I managed to convert 3 discs to DVD-Video on to new discs with "Copy Now" and 1 disc with the menu's with no problem.
