Pan & Zoom outside of photo frame

Hi All,

I'm a VS enthusiast currently on Video Studio 2021.

I'd like to set up Video Studio so that each time I insert a photo in the timeline and apply a Pan & Zoom effect, it stays within the photo boundaries. Right now what happens is I have to manually adjust it each time so I don't see the black borders.

I do have Edit mode - Animated and "Stay within source boundary" checked, but it seems to ignore that - is there something I'm doing wrong?
