Adorage transitions window not opening

Hello all,
I'm trying to apply an Adorage transition between two clips, but there must be some problem. After applying Adorage's generic transition between the two clips, double-clicking on the latter opens the options window. In the latter I go to click on Customize, but nothing happens (no window opens). What could I do to fix this problem without having to reinstall everything from scratch?

I have just tested this transition works for me.
Adorage is part of the Bonus Features for the ultimate version, you could try re-installing that bundle, locate your Bonus Features folder , double click the “setup_Bonus.exe” file, the process to install this package is quite long, so be patient.

If things do not improve try installing the Adorage library packs available from the welcome screen free section

I just reinstalled the Bonus pack (without uninstalling it first) and everything is working again.
