Color changes

I have been having an issue with the color of photo being adjusted when I only crop a photo any thoughts?

Assuming this isn't just perceptual, sometimes colors appear different depending on the context of the entire scene, do you have the "Smart photo fix" button on the crop toolbar turned on? It's on the very right-hand side of the crop toolbar next to the depth of field button.

When it's on it looks like a tiny man in a blue window. And it performs the smart photo fix command which can change the brightness, and white balance.

When it's off the man is in a dark window
