How to apply Instant effects?
The help says to apply instant effects by double-clicking on the thumbnail, but when I do that, nothing happens.

Open an image.
In the top menu, go to Palettes/Instants effects (or Shift+F2).
Double-click on a thumbnail.
Wait... It may take time if your computer is old.
