Support for H265 and other modern codecs

"sometimes" @dzenb what does that mean, there are days when it does import hvec encoded content, but mostly does not work?
I think if you open windows media player, go "Organize" then select “Layout" > "Show menu bar”
Then from Help/About Windows Media Player window, click on the Technical Support Information link.

I'm not finding the codec, so I wonder if an update removed it for me as well
