Capture Editing and Apply Editing is greyed out

Capture Editing and Apply Editing is greyed out
I am hoping someone can help with this issue. Is thee a setting somewhere that disabled this function in the organizer?

No that I'm aware of. Might be a bug. I can still do it from the manage mode, but not from the organizer. Even after doing a factory reset.
