Menu's on Workshop

Post by bob.lloyd »

If I can explain my problem you maybe able to help.
I run training sessions and instead of using Powerpoint (which requires a laptop) I put all my work onto DVD via workshop and then present the training using a small DVD player.

I have re-written one lesson in which I use 168 menu's. When I try to burn a DVD the program stops (this happens at different places at different times) so I am unable to burn to DVD.
Have you any idea's as to what is happening.

I have DVD Workshop Version 2

There is a DVD Spec size limit of 1gb for the menu domain. How large is your VTS_nn_0.VOB :?:

Is the problem happening during playback, or during the burn process?

Try burning the DVD Folders to your hard drive (i.e. NOT to disc, and NOT to an image file).

Then look in the VIDEO_TS folder for something like the name I mentioned (NN gets replaced with 01). How large is that file?
