MF3.5, 4 won't recognize my Dazzle USB video capture device

I have Move Factory 3.5 Suite, and recently upgraded to version 4 because the program wouldn't recognize my Dazzle Digital Video Capture device. And I still get an error message that says "No capture driver is loaded on this system." But there is a capture driver present! What gives, and why can't I contact someone at tech support?! Just spent $35.00 on the version 4 upgade and I have the same problem.
Can someone help, please?

Dazzle is owned by Pinnacle. Like all USB capture devices I know of, only their bundled software will capture from the device. You'll need to use their program. This is the same situation if you buy an ADS device with Ulead bundled with it. Only the SE version can capture. You can still put the video files in Moviefactory once you've captured it with the Dazzle software.
