Track motion issue

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the Track Motion that I can't solve. I have a movie that pans from left to right and, during this panning, a completely white wall appears and then disappears. I would like to insert on this wall a writing made with 3D Titler, but I have problems with the path, because I can't set valid points for it. The wall appears on the right while panning and then disappears on the left. When the wall disappears, the reference points of the path are also lost and the title begins to distort. Is there a way to manually edit this path once created, thus allowing the title to disappear linearly on the left? Thank you

Is the pan uniform, that is at the same speed throughout.

Have you tried a manual approach by using Customise Motion
Right click the title clip for Motion Options – Customise Motion

Hi lata,
I've already tried customized motion, but the panning isn't very constant and it is inaccurate. Also the title is 3D, so this further complicates movement in perspective. I was thinking of placing some marks on the clip, creating the movement and then deleting them, but I guess then the track no longer recognizes the edited clip. I really don't know how to do it.
