Obama Hope Poster

Hello all I am looking to duplicate the iconic Obama hope poster. I have searched here and on the internet can't find any tutorial.

I can't help with a tutorial but the G'MIC plug-in has a Hope Poster filter.

You can get the plug-in at https://gmic.eu/download.html

Read the page carefully so you download the plug-in for the appropriate photo editor. There are downloads for GIMP, Photoshop
/ Affinity Photo / PaintShop Pro /PhotoLine / XnView (8bf) and Paint.net

There was a script made by Spandex Rutabaga which did that. I don't know if I have the right to show it...

The mods would have to decide but I can't see an issue with posting any of Spandex Rutabaga's scripts (doing so in the Scripting subforum would be the place for it). I don't recalll that Spandex ever restricted the distribution of his scripts. Just make sure to give credit in the post to Spandex or any other script creator whose free scripts anyone posts.
