1. Blender, sadly. Corel used to have a 3D studio app as part of the bundle - requires you to have a license for the specific old version. Not sure how to install that anymore, so far blender is my best option - although I have my teenage son do the work - blender is pretty hard to learn, but you can get it to do anything at all that you like after that.
2. Alternately just start experimenting with custom motion and masks, it's not always that you have to have full 3D motion, the extruded test effect is pretty good, so go with that as far as you can first.
3. Boris Grafitti plugin, which came free with certain video studio versions in the past has some pretty neat text options worth having a look at if you got it free already.
There may be many other options, but have a play with what text effects you have, it will be easier. have you watched the Youtube tuturials by Gripps2211 for more inspiration?

You could use an image editor to create the text box, insert the image to the timelines to animate, i would use Customise Motion for that, create a rotate, fly, fade effect, add a border.
We can use Video Studio to create the image,
Use a colour clip as a backdrop, add text to fill the screen
Take a snapshot of the screen.
Insert the image to timelines to animate again using Customise Motion
I have created an effect attached as a smart package.
Was created using X10 so should open with later versions.

Yes. Corel don't seem to sell MotionStudio 3D anymore. But if you have the older version of VS that included it as a bonus, the download link will let you download and run it. Although, looking at what you want to do, MotionStudio 3D would not help. Happy creating Vasilis.
