As you can see on the top screen I have a text there.
Now I would like the icons back as on the bottom screen.
How can I do that without having to reset Corel?

You can try View - Customize - Toolbar Tab and then click on Reset All. If that doesn't do it for you, you can reset PSP to factory default. Here are the instructions in case you need them.

Thanks for the answer had to do a reset anyway option 1 didn't work.
