Unable to download 2 programs included with PSP 2023

Unable to download 2 programs included with PSP 2023
I recently purchased Paint Shop Pro 2023 after using it in a free trial. ParticleShop.exe and Artistic_Effects_Script_Bundle.exe were included. I did get the PSP 2023 loaded but not the other 2 Programs. I have tried several times to get a response from Corel Help. The ParticleShop does not recognize my serial Number or key number and the Artistic Effects will not finish loading to the wizard. Any suggestions? I am glad I have 60 days to download! It may take that long!
