Running PSP 2022 Ultimate.
Somehow the Tool Options toolbar disappeared. I finally got it back but it is showing a header that says "Tool Options - whatever" that won't go away. Previously, I had it positioned directly under the Standard toolbar and above the image tabs. But now I can't get it back to that position.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like your toolbar is floating instead of being docked. Drag it toward the center of the workspace until you see an arrow then place it over one of the upward arrows and let go.
