How can I change my email address with Corel

When I created my Corel account I had a different email address so now no matter what I enter I can't login into Corel ( Not this forum I can obviously log into it ) how can I get Corel to change the email address they have for me so I can login and reset my password.

You may need to contact Corel Support, first try this link to reset your e-mail.
Unfortunately they may send you an e-mail, I assume your old address is no longer active

Sorry, just tried that and we need to sign into the account.
I think you need to contact Corel Support.

Thanks I did reply to the email I got from Corel saying they would refund me for the $59.99 Upgrade so I could buy the full version for $49.99 asking if it is possible for them to update my email address. If that can be done I can use the updated email address to login and reset my password.

Hope they can otherwise I can even use any of the program's that came with the new version I bought, the first thing that opens when I try to open VS Ultimate 2023 is a registration window and if I close without logging in nothing happens

You could always create another/new account. That will use your existing/new e-mail address and new password, at least it gets you up and running.

I have 2 accounts, one I created by mistake many years ago, I did not have a problem doing that, other than setting my message preferences on both accounts.

I was able to finally sign in to Corel and reset my password . Corel had the correct email, my password manager didn't. problem solved.
