PSP.IMAGE Thumbnail not showing

How can I make the PSP.IMAGE File and PNG File visible as thumbnail?

I use PSP Thumbnail Handler which is a free utility. https://www.botproductions.com/pspthumb/

You mentioned you downloaded; did you also run the exe file? If so, it may take some time for the thumbnails to be read and start showing up.

Why PNG? That's normally handled by Windows directly, you wouldn't need something special for that.

I'm assuming you have Windows File Explorer set to show thumbnails. What program do you have associated with PNG files?
