How are HDV rendering times in MSP8?

Does MSP take advantage of dual processors and fast GPUs?

Yes to dualcore/dual CPU's and no to GPU's except for plugins that do. Most editors do not take advantage of the GPU themselves but many plugins do. ex: Canopus XPlode Pro
