PSP 2022 Error Code

Whne I try to close psp 2022 I get the message "PSP Encountered an improper argument"

This started after I added some plugin folders.

You could start by removing all of the plugin folders you just added and see if that clears the problem. If it does, then just add one folder at a time, checking to see if the error occurs. When or if the error occurs after a particular folder is added then the issue is likely to do with that plugin or - if more than one plugin in the folder - one of those plugins.

I removed all the plugin folders but the folders still show up as installed even when I take them out of the file locations. How do I get rid of them?

Have you tried restarting PSP and/or the computer?

I just re-booted, and it seems to have taken care of the list of plugins. Before I had just shut down psp, which obviously didn't work.
