After Shot Lab not usable with 2023 Paintshop Pro purchsae

Hello,

I purchased Corel Paintshop Pro 2023 and thought I was getting AfterShot Lab included. But when I open a raw file, I see the AfterShot Lab tab but I can't select it to open up the AfterShot Lab interface. It is darkened and not selectable.

Am I wrong in thinking that AfterShot Lab is included in Paintshop Pro 2023?

Was I suppose to get a separate download file for AfterShot Lab?

Please advise if you know. Thanks.
