Windows 11 update slowing PSP 2023
If you find that loading PaintShop Pro 2023 has become very slow, I think it has been caused by a recent Windows 11 update. You can fix it by updating the Microsoft C++ runtimes.

How do you update the microsoft C++ runtimes, there are loads of them. I have applied the latest updates to windows 11 but it still takes one minute for PSP 2023 to load.
