Good evening, I have just downloaded the free version of videostudio 2023 to test it on my computer. I had an old version that worked very well but I decided to try the 2023 version. I'm running Windows 11 64bits / 4GB RAM.
However, after a few days, I was satisfied with the product and ready to buy it.
However, after having made a complete montage which works very well with the software, I wanted to export my work in mpeg 4 version and every time I launch the conversion to video, the software shuts itself down and a message when reopening the software indicates: "an invalid argument has been detected".
I've uninstalled the software and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. Can you give me your opinion and help?
I'd like to continue using the software but I'm very disappointed.
Thank you very much

Re: Issue with VideoStudio 2023
Welcome to the forum!
Is all of the video in the project from the same source? Can you please right click on one of the clips in the VideoStudio timeline and copy its Properties here or post a screenshot of the Properties box as an Attachment. Please do the same with any of the video in the project which might come from a different source.
It would also be useful to know what Project Properties you have set for your mp4 output.
With the same video in your older version of VideoStudio, do you get the "invalid argument" message?
