MTS video files are blank on Windows 11

Corel programs: VideoStudio, PaintShop Pro

MTS video files are blank on Windows 11

I have moved from a Windows 10 machine to a Windows 11 machine. I am using VideoStudio 2021 Ultimate. On the Windows 10 machine the MTS videos play fine, but on the Windows 11 machine the MTS videos are all black when played. Help.
