2023 Ultimate unable to edit 360 video

Hi,

I'm using Insta360 camera to shot my footages use tjei Insta360 Studio application to rendre the files in MP4 360 files.
I can see the 360 view in VLC however when I try to import those files in Videostudio, I just get black video. If I try to right click the file and import as 360, it is greydout.

I tried to find the file requirement but I was not able to find anything.
Any Idea how can I use 360 MP4 files in Videostudio 2023 Ultimate?

I have an Insta360 ONE RS 1-INCH edition, and have no trouble importing into VS 2023 the videos I have first converted from the native .insv format to mp4 using the Insta360 Studio 2023.See my attached screenshot.

Incidentally, I also found that if I simply used Windows to rename the format of the files imported from the camera from .insv to .mp4 they also could be used directly by VS 2023 and retained their full quality. You might want to try that too.

Hi Ken, thnaks for the reply.

When I export the mp4 from Insta360 I can see the file in 360 in VLC however it still black in VS 2023 and I never see the footage in the preview pane

If I use the insv renamed, the first one I can see double fisheyes but not able to convert as 360 and I can only see the side betweek the two lens, not able to move from right to left

Yes, I also tried to rename the .insv to .mp4 file. The picture which like binocular view. As Insta360 have 3 differents file for the same video (the 2 others are both lens separately), I also tried to rename them. These are blank in VS 2023

I finally found the issue. I have to use a 360 video resolution 3840 X 1920 or less otherwise I have blank video
