Hard to tell, I think you'll have to try it for yourself.
My biggest concern would be the availability of 64-bit device drivers for the capture devices. If you are using a DV device such as a MiniDV camcorder with a Firewire connection, you shouldn't have any problems, but if you use an analog capture device with its own drivers, you're probably better off sticking with 32-bit Windows for now.
