Zoom Tool will not turn off

Post by Leslie »

Hi, All
All of a sudden the zoom tool is on with any other tool that I am using. It is not set to "on".
I reset the workspace to no avail.
Is there any easy way to fix it that doesn't include using an old workspace that I would have to customize again?

TIA,
Leslie

Can you elaborate please? Do you mean you can only zoom? Or just that the cursor never changes shape? I know that holding CTRL makes the cursor temporarily act like the eye-dropper, and holding space makes it act like the pan tool. But I don't know of a shortcut that makes tools act like the zoom tool.

Did you inadvertently switch from the Pan Tool(A) to the Zoom Tool (Z) that is nested under it?
