Shalom and greetings tech support,
When I open PaintShop Pro Ultimate X4, it remembers the specific folder containing many screenshots and show the specific folder with thumbnail views of many screenshots on bottom of X4 screen. I think it is called organizer
PaintShop Pro Ultimate X9 does not remember the specific folder. When I open X9, I have to select specific folder out of folders in the Windows directory to get to screenshots show up in thumbnail preview on the bottom of the X9 screen.
What can I do to solve this problem please so that X9 can remember the folder in the organizer the same way X4 does??
